im getting bit bored now as only made mid table in south africa in first season :/ and i had the patience to get woking to premier league in the BSS to champions league challenge so this is far more frustrating

Yeah I don't know the leagues and tbh I'm **** at FM I can't win the CL with Bayern so how you guys do it with random European teams is beyond me.

we dont we start with random european teams then once we done well with them we will take a job offer from a bigger club :)
 
Just starting the challenge. Let's see where I end up. I've loaded a lot of leagues but I will cut them all down to a bare minimum when I get my first job.
 
I just started in South Korea's N-League with Gangneung City.

P.S: They don't even have any fullbacks and I'm forced to play a 3-man backline now.
 
Holy ****! I'm just like 3 days into my new job and I'm offered the Saudi Arabia Under 23s job. Anyone else had this before?
 
Began today, leagues loaded Australia, south africa and USA. As my manager is english i thought my best chance to build a rep would be these due to language.

Straight away i was offered F.C.A.K in the south african first div, with what seems like a decent squad so here goes....

take it it is great for your reputation especially if you can get through the group stages!!

I really struggled with them only managed to finish 7th and was then mid table before i took the welling job mid table in the BSS :) I decided to go for the challenge with the english leagues loaded

Had to start again after comp crashed and i hadn't saved, now incharge of Mpumalanga Black Aces
 
Computer crashed. Anyway, starting a new game. I thought maybe we can download a database and then play. There's one that gives 70 new leagues, including Oceania. That makes it a hexagon challenge. How about it?
 
2016/2017 season still with fcak built them up quiet well so far (im not one for jumpin around alot of teams)

anyways top of the sa priemer leage atm and won the super 8 cup, so will have champions league next season proably and will go from there^^

bah missed out on league title by 4 points maybe next season:-( did win both domestic cups tho so not to bad i suppose
 
Started this a while back. I downloaded the Tunisian League and Nigerian League to help out in Africa. I also loaded South Africa plus Mexico and Usa, plus all the South American Leagues that you start with. Got offered the job at AS Ariana who were in the Tunisian 3rd Division. 1st Season I managed to win the division quite easily. 2nd season was quite tough but a late surge meant I won the division which I meant I was in the top division. This also helped my rep go up a lot and it went to continental. After struggling to sign any good players and losing my first game quite easily I resigned. I then spent a half a season over in Uraguay helping get a team into the 2nd division play offs which wasnt hard. I decided to resign before the play offs though as I wasn't finding it interesting managing there yet. Not long after though Orland Pirates sacked there manager and I was the favourite for the job. I decided to apply and thankfully got it. I have nearly completed my first season there and have 3 games left in the league. I am 2nd 7 points behind Sundowns so dont think I will be winning it. I won the African Confedirations Cup though which has helped my rep and also won the South African 8 Knock Out Competition.
