A good haul of points gets us off the bottom mostly thanks to Boltons stinking form not that we have been much better. The odd point here & there has kept us in the fight but we need to push on to get wins to move out of danger!

November

3 Wins on the bounce! What a turn around
Hull offer me a a job with them while they are below us in the Championship! But beat us once new boss Darko Milanic took over

Fixtures

Wigan 0-3 Plymouth

Where did this come from?

Two tough away games were our only defeats of the month

By far the best position we've ended a month so far 2 points above the relegation zone. but only 3 points off bottom so lots of work still too do.

Great story keep it going i started the exact same way in my portsmouth season and ended up finishing 6th!

All the best for the 2nd half of the season! :)

December

From being bottom with 3 points from 10 games we have raced 11 points clear of the bottom 3 and are now closer to the playoffs than the bottom 3.

January

League 1 rivals from last year are the latest to offer me work
We start to race after the top 6 and look safe from relegation after an abysmal start.

Fixtures

Injury problems led to a horrible start to the year

Another great month all but secures another season of Championship football next year or even more. Were only 6 points off the play off spots!

Croatian U21 star had no club for the 1st half of the season. Could be a star for us!

Chinese super leagues top striker from a few years ago will take over from the three flops i had up front.

Out
3 players leave. Youth player Callum Hall was never going to make it so i let him go on a free. Also leaving on a free is Sylvan Blake failed to score a goal in the 4 months he was back in the championship and we got no cash offers before January and now in his last 6 months at the club i decided to clear him from the wage structure to bring in a replacement also leaving was my other striker Javi Guerra who at least managed 4 goals but still at 34 he's a wage bandit so off he goes.

February

4 wins all big wins against much bigger teams and a draw at Leeds makes for our best month of the season ending with little Plymouth in 6th place. Man Utd just sacked Blanc and sit in 9th place, I wouldnt leave but they should be asking, i mean begging for my help!
All that gave me manager of the month and on loan Onomah got player of the month.

Fixtures

Plymouth 4-1 Middlesbrough

What the **** happened here? Forrest were running away at the top once upon a time and now there demolished by mighty Plymouth who were bottom with nothing but defeats in the 1st 10 games.

Whatever happens from here this has been the greatest Championship comeback since Sunderland came from bottom to win the league with Roy Keane. With 10 Games to go Bunley & Forest lead the way with Norwich looking good for at least a playoff spot. 4th to 13th split by 9 points.

Getting interesting at the top with any of the top 3 having a chance of automatic promotion. If we can keep the ship steady then we'll stay in the playoff spot. Currently 6 points clear of Wolves in 7th who have a game in hand. THe bottom is even more interesting with the bottom 4 split by 1 point then 3 teams just 3 points up the road.

Wow this season is a massive turn around. I always want to start at the bottom but have no patience or knowledge of the lower leagues. KIU

Its a good laugh if it goes right. Managing the bank and improving players at the right time for the right price

It was all in the relms of control at half time then Politevic got sent off and it went **** up. 3 goals in the last 10 minutes for Norwich turned the tie on its head as they flew in the final.

Norwich fought from behind and go up thanks to a 86th minute penalty.

Unlucky mate, it would of taken you a miracle to survive the prem anyway so strengthen further again this season and you will fly up :)

End of Season Review

Almost a Three-peat of promotions but fall short in the play offs after an amazing turn around from our abysmal start. We came from 9 defeats out of 10 and a whole 13 points off the play off spots after 10 games. Very positive signs for next season if we can keep most of this squad together.

Sylla & Cichero made great impressions but lets not kid ourselves Marko Rog was the game changer averaged almost a goal a game through the second half of the season. James Forrest was a flop and i will be trying to sell him this summer.

Our Parent side Tottenham romped away with the title leaving Liverpool & Arsenal to fight for 2nd while Chelsea clung onto 4th. Man Utd recovered to get 6th and thanks to winning the Europa League there in the Champions League next season. Derby, Reading & Crystal Palace join us in the Championship next season

Burnley hold on to win the league from Nottm Forest. Norwich, Leeds & QPR join us in the play offs Coventry, Bolton & Bristol City. Milwall survive by beating us on the final day.

Unlucky with the play offs! Sure you'll get it next time

Out
There was far less interest in my boys this summer. The two leaving were Chichero who as i said earlier forced a move back to Argentina and Gabriel Enache who i had a few run ins with during last season. Josh King wouldnt renew his contract while Dominic Gape and the rest of the released players werent up to it at this level.

All the changes were inforced on us but still a decent upgrade from last year. Will it be enough to repeat?

will be reading this, currently doing a pilgrams save myself. blew through the divisions to the premier league. however i did have help from my youth recruitment pulling a 5 star potential striker.

They gave me a decent Right back in Ross Rideout but not that good! Up to the Championship was easy once we got going but hopefully this season we'll pull it off.

The bigger sides with Premiership money flex there muscle's. Bournemouth making huge moves and impressing with Chris Smalling & Jack Robinson being huge signings at this level.

No not the criket guy. But a Brazilian/Belarussian midfielder adds some skill in the middle of the park.

They gave me a decent Right back in Ross Rideout but not that good! Up to the Championship was easy once we got going but hopefully this season we'll pull it off.

imagine pulling this guy in league 2, ****** ****.
