They'll reinvest, I am sure last I heard Lerner was on the verge of selling to some money people. If they keep Westwood and buy properly think they will be ok (when I say ok I mean around 14th-17th) and anything is possible with tactics tim the greatest manager in the land and his shiny gillet I'm sure he will be convincing us of there champions league credentials XD

It's quite unbelievable that the City heirachy have allowed it to get to this point. Also none of these English players they've bought have really improved their squad (Maybe Sterling) either.
