I'd say it's an okay solution, all things considered. Don't punish the clubs too much but instead put very serious punishment in writing, in case they want to try this again.

ESL Fine should have been at least 10-20 mil each if they bottled the points deduction, with an agreement to play 3-5 local clubs in friendlies and donate the gate.

It woukd be beyond hillarious.

Every Goodison game would be mire toxic than Chelsea games were the season he was there! They have a special level of hate for Rafa!

And then it’d totally kettle Liverpudlian heads. Specifically those Reds who won’t have a negative word said against hm and put him on some mad pedlestill as one of our all time great managers. They wouldn’t know what to do? Hahaha.
