A few Birmingham kits i designed ...

i take it this is the first time you've tried to make kits?

if so, everyone has to start somewhere...some of my first kits were terrible!

just some contructive criticism then (IMHO)

The club badge is too big, the sponsor is too low, the inside of the collor (the shirt bit) is a different colour to the rest of the shirt, the contrast of the colours blocks out the creases in the shirts so they look less realistic.
