Get the largest possible version you can, paste it into photoshop, right click the layer and choose 'Convert to Smart Object' (or similar), than you can freely resize it without losing quality.

The white kit is too plain, it could do with some black trim seeing as it's a Derby shirt.

An alternative AC Milan kit I knocked up, based around the club's logo, tried having a sponsor but can't make it look decent. Please let me know what you think
