I strongly reccomend this tactic to anyone, its a no nonsense 4-4-2 tactic, great for lower leagues and it brought me to top of league 1, it offers loads of one on ones for your strikers which is handy, so play a striker who can finish and like me you will have 2 striker scorin 10 in 10 games each.

Name of Tactic: TBH - Narrow Diamond Tweak
Acheivments with Tactic:Have done really well, with Brum, Arsenal, Kalmar ( Sweden)
Team played with:Above
Instructions:
- The MCright is the playmaker
-T he FCs swap positions( the more complete the better of course)
- The MCleft is kind of a box2box
. The The only main tweak I use ( apart from lots of shouts) is the fullbaks. Thry are on a tweaked support role and I use them as attakcing and defenosve ones as well depending on the opposition

Sorry had to rush but i feel i got a good look at tactic and it is good the results dont show how good it is because we were playin well but were very unlucky, its not the best ive seen but it is very good, you need a decent dm to stop goals goin in, fellain wasnt good enough, dont know what happend to him. arteta provided goals well in amc.

Anyone want to post a tactic to test

It would be great if you could test mine:

Name of Tactic: Exciting 4-5-1 - how to win in style
Acheivments with Tactic: Won PML, CL with Arsenal
Team played with: Arsenal
Instructions: Use 4-5-1 as standard, 5-4-1 to shut up shop. I did use 'get ball forward' and 'work ball into box' when not creating enough chances. The tactic is about style and beautiful football, so it might need tecnically gifted players

It is a very impressive tactic this one, the results dont show how good it is, Fulham is a hard team to manage so therefore I think 13th is a pretty respectable position anyway. It is a tactic that provides many chances so is attacking so you need a good striker. Beating Liverpool was a highlight for me we played great in that, very impressive tactic, btw the link you gave me doesnt work but i found tactic anyways

Thanks a lot for testing and for the kind words. Really great thread

Name of tactic: Chelsea
Achievements: None yet
Teams played with: Chelsea
I've just started my 2nd season with Chelsea and have just created this tactic, playing a Chelsea-like 4-3-3 with inside forwards preferably playing on the opposite side to the foot they use. I'd love to know how to tweak it to make it better if necessary thanks.

after previous tactic

4-4-2 Custom

Name of Tactic: The 4-4-2 Custom
Acheivments with Tactic: npower League 1 3rd place, and Playoff winners. (Have only played the one season so far, so see sig for results in other comps. They weren't too good as I fielded my reserve side for all 3! :))
Team played with: Southampton
Instructions: Get Ball Forward, Hassle Opponents, Work Ball into Box
Extra: This is a simple 4-4-2 formation, which should work well with any strong Championship/L1/L2 teams. Centre Halfs Defensive, Full Backs Auto, Centre Mids Support, Wingers Attack, Forwards Attack. Should be scoring plenty, but be sure to have 2 strong CB's on as they do all of the defensive work on they're own!

I tested it twice cos the first time clearly didnt work to well and Man U save was slightly better, but not perfect, but the birmingham game Rafael was sent off so 2-2 is acceptable, but it didnt seem to work with neither Arsenal or Man U, apart from friendlies. I guess you need a much better Amc than I used in both my saves. It does provide a very tight defence though, so if you dont want to concede goals get this tatcic.
