Dont understand why you sold Jonjo, scores a lot from midfield I find, good to bring off the bench also. What tactic are you using?

I was playing him in pre season and in the early europa league games and he was just simply awful, and i use a 4-2-3-1 with fluid movement and conrtol set

For defenders i have Guiseppe Bellusci from Catania (around about £4m) and Alberto Botia (2.4m from Sevilla). They were getting 7 ratings but i was conceding loads away. At the end of the season I ended up scoring 80 goals and conceding 72 whilst finishing 5th. This maybe due to asking my defenders to play high up when away which cant have helped (Lost 7-2 to Man U and Chelsea and 5-0 against West Ham and Swansea, All Away).

But they are quality defenders. Bellusci is now valued at £18m and Botia at 9.5m
Got a screenie?

On my first liverpool save, Shelvey is quality! Played him often through the first season, tutored him with gerrard and by 2014 he had 18 passing, 16 first touch, 17 determination/off the ball/stamina and solid stats for a dlp. Also worth about 13mil ish.

Even if I had kept him, I prefer Sahin so he would of been a benchwarmer and I needed the money

Great decision to sign wellington nem mate. I'm sure he has a release clause of 3.5million though. You definitley could've got more for Johnson as well. Why did you sell Coates? He's a good solid backup and even gave Agger & Skrtel a run for their money on my save.

Don't worry about your poor league performance mate, I was just as bad in my first season! Luckily I picked it up and finished 8th I think in the end. But I also won the FA cup and europa league so unless you win a cup or two you might face the sack!

Results have seemed to pick up in the last couple of games so I should start moving up the table quite quickly, and as for Coates I preferred Martin Kelly and Danny Wilson as backups to Agger and Skrtel

Not atm but ill try and sort one out for you the next time im on the game, think ive finally found out where the screenshots go now (its in one of the sports Interactive/FM13 folders - found it by accident.)

I also have signed up Shelvey for Sunderland, needed HG players. But he has been playing well for me alongside Keisuke Honda ( who i got on a free :) ) scoring quite a few goals including a few important ones.

The next update will be on later today as i am waiting for the engineer to come and install my fibre optic broadband :)

This is the first time I have bought him and he is really impressing me :)

January.

First of all lets start with the January transfers.
View attachment 298132

Im quite happy with the transfers in and out, and before people asked why i sold Lucas Leiva it is because he was constantly injured so when i got offered £24 million for an injury prone player so im going to accept every day of the week, Im also very happy to get rid of Stewart Downing, Tottenham were stupid enought to buy him for £7.25 million. The transfer i am most excited about is Isco as i trigged his buyot clause in order to bring him to Liverpool, Another thing people are going to ask me is why i didnt sign Demba Ba and the simple reason is he has agreed a new contract with Newcastle so his release clause is now £40 million.

----------------------------------------------------------
Barclays Premier League

Everton 0-2 Liverpool
(Suarez, Gerrard)

Ah revenge is sweet, im happy with this considering they destroyed us on the opening day.

---------------------------------------------------------
FA Cup- 3rd Round

York 1-1 Liverpool
(Enrique)

This result is slightly my fault as i rested a number of players for this game and it almost backfired.

------------------------------------------------------------
Barclays Premier League

Wigan 1-1 Liverpool
(Al Habsi O.G.)

A dissapointing performance to be fair, expected to win this game.

-----------------------------------------------------

Barclays Premier League

Another dissapointing draw in the league we seem to playing away a lot at the minute aswell.

---------------------------------------------------------------

-------------------------------------------------------
Barclays Premier League

(Van Wolfwinkel, Joe Allen)

A impressive victory here with Ricky Van Wolfwinkel scoring a screamer.
