I'm not sure mate, as the two players who were unattached were playing for the San Marino national side and had continental reputation and still nobody was interested. However, before I put my player at a club he did get attention from loads of Italian teams but he had dual Italian nationality so maybe if I give everyone dual Italian nationality as well as the ones they asked for it might work?

That would be interesting, but don't do that if they're playing for San Marino Calcio.

I did 3, one at default, one at 100 and another at 150 which was continental.

This is what I've had to do for those not playing for the club side, left the reputation at 0 and added Italy to their other nationalities and now Italian clubs seem to be interested in them!
