Dunno about best but I would def go for this GK if he turned up in my save.. A shockingly low amount of talent in that position atm.. Fortunately my first keeper still has a good 5-8 years in him so I can wait.

Most promising new youngsters from my youth setup. Wonder why I almost never get defence players of this caliber.. I guess that can't be controlled?

I'm the opposite,my game is swimming with quality CBs both Old, Peak ages and young Need more midfielders with offensive mentality in stats!

Saverio is the the best of my intake.
Hagner is probably the best 15 yr old i have ever seen, have offered him a contract straight away.
Howey is from 2041's regens. His insane for a 16 yr old, but Chelsea want over £60 million for him!

Leave him as he is mate, i reckon his marking, bravery, positioning and concentration stats are too low for a CB. Work on his crossing and positioning and leave him on the wing.

Wow. Just found this guy. Available for £4.5m - bear in mind I'm manager of Truro City! 59 caps at the age of 20 - could well get over 200 considering he plays for Japan! Made his international debut at 15!!

I'm sure exactly what you mean by your first question, but as for the second one, I have a file I've used. I don't think I can find it myself, but if you go to the FM12 addons section at the top right of this screen, you should be able to find it in there somewhere.
