Never used editor or genie scout in my life. All done the way the game should be played, by manually searching and then developing them yourself

I'm really looking forward to getting Rondinelle and giving him some game time. Altho, Sao Paulo have been playing him since he was 15 so that's helped. Reckon he's gonna be amazing!

yeah, i know. i doubt i've seen a right back so good at that age. He's going to be a beast. even Del Compare. one of the most insane left-wingers at his age..but needs to increase his strength dramatically.
 
Gutted that my youth recruitment network have let this future beast be picked up by Bayern Munich. He's on the Dark Side and no amount of persuading/praise will get him interested in joining 1860!

On my game it seems pretty much every regen when they first come through have really low strentgh, it's just a case of whether i can develop it

vujovic will be a beast when he has more first team games he has been great in the games i have played him in
farkas is on loan to deportivo and doing well signed him for 450k hes now worth 3.2
and i have just signed roberto hes a great prospect

i have some other really good regens i will upload at a later time

Snijders costs way to much for me though unfortunately and I'm not entirely sure why I like Balis so much but he scores a few goals and he's got a lot of time left to develop some more.

lol what do you mean not entirely sure why you like him? he's an amazing striker for his age. and very ****** quick too!

He was quite annoying to begin with, almost sold him cheap. He was always pretty good but wasn't improving much and whenever I gave him game time he did pretty bad. Luckily I loaned him out instead of selling him and he had a great season and has come back amazing for me too. He's already a club favourite and I really like him now.

Only problem now is that I'm planning on leaving Porto and wanna take him with me but he'll cost a lot to buy I imagine.

Once again I got good striker regens with my San Marino team.

First up is Gianluca Pepe:

The more I look at this guy, the more I fall in love. He can do everything and he is a young 16 years old. How would you guys train him? I'm not sure what his specialty is.

Next up is another striker:

I'm planning on doing some heavy quickness training before I bring him up to the first team. Unfortunately, he is half Sammarinese, half Italian so I'm going to have to neglect him a bit so he will accept my call-up to the San Marino National team.

Train the first one on composure as much as you can. He will be an amazing striker.

Aggression and teamwork aren't good at all for a ball winning center-back (you said Vidic replacement)

Try mentoring him with someone who is high in those attributes and you will have a real, world-class defender on your hands.

He can't be good at all, he cant be chosen to be mentored...I already tried that.
