Lille President Seydoux says Eden Hazard not available for transfer; there has never been any intention of selling him.
Eden Hazard tells France Football that he'll only leave if chairman Michel Seydoux accepts an offer from a "big club"

He's just waiting a year for us to get back in the Champo League ;)

Newcastle have 10m bid accepted for French forward Kevin Gameiro, reported in today's Journal.

Apparently Borini to Parma is all but nailed on

We've had an accepted bid for Gameiro for nearly a week now I believe, but he's still holding out for a move to Valencia, whilst Lorient would rather sell to us since we'll pay up front.

SkySportsPeteO - Luka Modric has revealed in an interview with Jutarnji List he could leave #Spurs if the right offer comes in for him.

The perfect player to add a bit more creativity to Chelsea's midfield. I still doubt he'd leave though, Modric is as loyal as they come.

Really got a feeling we're going to get Luka this summer..

Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola is willing to listen to offers for striker Bojan Krkic.

El Mundo Deportivo says Guardiola is happy to sell several first teamers to shake-up the existing squad.

Those the coach is happy to see cashed in are Krkic, Maxwell, Adriano and Jeffren Suarez.

Also set to leave is Edu Oriol, who has already attracted an approach from Real Zaragoza.

No link but here's the quote.

“Everybody wants to know what will happen with me,” he said. “I’m trying to stay calm as my national team has a really important match coming. So I will tell you the same as all ways – my club status is the same as it was before. But of course, if there will be an offer which will be good for Tottenham and for me also, then a transfer is of course possible. That doesn’t mean that I’m bothered with leaving Tottenham – I’m not thinking about that every hour and every minute. I’m happy at White Hart Lane – my status is great, the fans like me and I do have everything I need. But then again – when you experience playing in Champions League, you want to keep playing in this tournament.”

None of those are 'first-teamers TBH, Maxwell and Adriano have been squad players at best, and Bojan is overlooked, not surprising when you got one of the finest finishers in football in the side.

Because their offers are ridiculous. Starting negotiations at less than 30M as they did last year is insulting to Fabregas. He's worth double that in the current climate - start negotiations at a price which actually reflects a players ability rather than being arrogant tossers. I wish they'd do it themselves as well rather than getting their players to do their dirty work. If they wanted him that much, they'd bid properly.

Your valuation of Fabregas is shocking, especially after the season he's just had. I'd pay up to £40M for him if I was desperate.

Man City reportedly in for Vertonghen, with some sort of player going the other way. Never seen him play but he pwns on FIFA, hope he signs because he sounds good. :)

No chance, he's a United fan.

Jackpot, The Ginger Prince's replacement is in the bag.

What you would pay and what arsenal would sell him for are two different things though

So? Carragher was an Everton fan.

I'd take Bojan most definitely.
Suarez/Carroll/Kuyt/N'gog/Bojan would be some great strikers to rotate.

Please don't bring up the 'he supported them' into it. 99% of players move because the price is right, not because they support the club. FFS

TBH, I would take any of them. Jeffren, Edu are both good players, who just havent had a break in barca

33 starts, 11 goals, 13 assists. So in over 70% of the games he started this season Fabregas has either scored or assisted a goal. Average overall rating of 7.3 from Whoscored and 7.5 in the Prem, making him the joint-best Premiership performer. All this whilst he's adapting to a new role in a new system. If this is a bad season for him, I'd be trembling at the thought of what he could do in a good season.

All the indications are that Gerard Houllier will indeed be leaving #AVFC because of his ongoing health problems.

Hang on. Confirmed. Let me make a celebratory thread!

Manchester United target Ashley Young has made a decision on where his future lies, and has chosen to sign a deal with Liverpool, according to BBC Radio.

Young’s future with Aston Villa has been dicey all season, and after Dalglish took a liking to both Young and teammate Stuart Downing, the Liverpool manager was reportedly hoping he might be able to offer Villa a sum they can’t refuse.

*

Young recently said he was hopeful of signing with a club that would be able to offer Champions League football, putting Manchester United ahead to secure the 25-year-old.

But while Liverpool aren’t playing European football in any capacity next season, Dalglish is still confident he can secure Young’s signature with a long term plan to take the history-rich club back to their glory days.

The January signings of Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez, along with the permanent signing of Dalglish as Liverpool manager, appear to have shown Young that the Merseryside club is serious in their ambitions to challenge for trophies.

While reports are circulating that Manchester United have a £50 million summer budget to splash on new talent, The Daily Mail is reporting that Sir Alex Ferguson has refused to pay the £16 million asking price for Young, and would rather bring younger, fresher talent to the Manchester United camp.

This leaves Dalglish in the hot seat to cough up the fee for Young, who looks to be all but exiting his current club.

Goddamnit.

I love the way everyone's fighting over not having Young, it's terribly amusing to me.
