you are, its to let you know how much!?.......If you clear the inital debt by trading, you will not receive the pts deduction, its only if your still in debt after the deadline, it will come out of your chairmens budget.

Ah I believe I understand it now. We can still trade to bring the money back, however if we're still in debt come trade deadline our chairman will essentially buy us out with his money. I think that's correct anyway.
