UNREAL!

what version do people recommend because i can't get the latest tactic to work with my City team, sitting 4th after 20 and 11 points behind the team thats 2nd, i've done everything the OP said i should do..

Guys, I've updated filters and also attributes at OP.

The most noticeable change is minimal recommended level for Strength and Jumping Reach for MC position.

TFF always updates the OP after releasing a new version so those are the latest.
 
I'm going into my second Season as Atletico after winning the league and spanish cup and getting to the champions league semis with monstrous. I spent money like crazy and sold a lot of players and now my first 11 looks as follows:-

Costa (STCL) Rooney (STCR)

Turan (AMCR)

Wilshere (MCL)

Sandro (DMCR)

Azpilicueta (WBL) Peruzzi (WBR)

Mangala(DCL) Vidic(DC) Papadopoulos(DCR)

Courtois (GK)

I'm wondering if this will work well as I originally started buying those players for monstrous but decided to switch to unreal due to a lack of quality wingers? Also does anyone have good ideas for an amc for this tactic? Preferably someone who can slot right in and play great there? I've put a bid in for Ross Barkley but I'm unsure whether he's good enough to replace Turan or indeed if I should just stick with Turan there and buy a cheap backup because Raul Garcia is poor.

All positions look fine to me except Azpilicueta and Papadopoulos. Also Mangala is under question.

Azpilicueta is right footed but you are going to play him WBL position. He has only "Competent" rating for WBL position and "Unconvincing" rating ML but you can train only 1 position so you have to choose between WBL and ML positions. All these will cause you a lot of problems when you gonna use Overload version because If you have decided use Unreal then you must be ready switch between tactics during the match.

Papadopoulos has very low Technique, Composure, Passing. The minimal recommended level of these attributes for DCL/DCR positions is 11. The same about Mangala.

Thanks TFF. I know what you mean but I have certain players who are my "favourites" that I always buy and Papadopoulos and Mangala are two of those. Besides Mangala was superb for me in the first season with Monstrous. I have also bought Laporte.

How about AMC? Can you recommend anyone specific or would you stick with Arda Turan there?

Ehh... Crew, If some players perform well in one tactic it doesn't guaranty that they will perform well in other tactic. It requires from Mangala and Papadopoulosto do very different job in Unreal than Monstrous P&P.

For me Turan suites very well for AMC position.
 
About to start a everton save with your tactics, what individual training do u you plz
 
I have a bit of a problem. I'm in my second season and have currently had 6 red cards in 15 games, last season I had 1 in the whole campaign. It's not any of my new players getting the cards I just wondered if it had anything to do with the tactic? Even players who don't have the tackle harder instruction (I have been paying attention to that and taking it off when a player is booked) are getting reds. Any help?

Removing "Tackle Harder" PI and even adding "Ease Off Tackles" PI doesn't give guaranty that player won't get second yellow or red card, it only reduces chances that happens. If you really want to avoid sending off you should substitute this player.

Here're few examples how I handle this:

1) Let's say it is 60 min of the match and I lead by 2 goals and few of my players have been booked. Usually in cases like this I do nothing because 2 goals lead is solid advantage and even if I had player send off then I simple switch to Waste Time version and remove 1 striker and in 99% cases I win that match.

2) Other example, let's say I have tough game against strong opponent and it's only 25 min of the 1st half and my WBL has been booked. In cases like this I almost always immediately(or I can wait till end of the 1st half) substitute him because there's huge probability he'll get second yellow but if striker has been booked then I do nothing because probability of getting second yellow for striker is very low.

Hi TFF,

Firstly thanks for the awesome tactics and the way you keep it all update.

May ask if you use just role based training for the individual player training? or is it just left to the assistant?
