It seems to be cadchee's tweak works only for top clubs.

Its still early days but i had a feeling this super tweak wouldn't be as successful as it seemed. The Juventus team he used it with was insanely strong and with Vidal and Pogba in central midfield and Depay on the left and Tevez up top you are almost expected to win every game like he did!

Still very early days. Goes to show if you take a fantastic tactic and add your own initiative to it you can build something very good
 
The cadchee tweak is actually working better for me.

This is my first season in the Bundesliga, I was promoted champion in the 2division using the Jstweak11 tactic, but now in the bundesliga my team was a bit inconsistent.

This is my team. Now, I don't even have good wide midfielders, since I change the tactic mid season, and my defense is pretty bad. Zivkovic scored more goals with the new tactic, he scores a lot.

I find this tactic more solid, I don't concede goals from conters like I used to in the Jstweak11 and I also score more goals. I'll give more feedback next season, I'm currently in 3rd.
 
Haha tweaks work for different teams I mean unless you are a top team you are going to score less with cadchees tweak as it doesn't have 3 strikers so the corners don't work as well which is the main staying point of this tactic

Im Barca,3rd season,and i tryed different tweaks,its not working..
I tried your tactic with standard,control...i tried v0lliz's 451...but still
Draws with Deportivo,Zaragoza and Galatasaray...
I have the strongest team,but...in away,im the weakest...

My players are **** poor, have no real wide midfielders, currently retraining some amr/aml/amc's to play out wide. Just follow his instructions, right footed players on ml, left footed on mr. Train attacking movement. This results are achieved without set pieces exploits, i hate them. No OI used, since my assistant is a tool. In Cup matches i used backups, hence that one loss. Second one was unlucky, opponent's goallie had best game of his career.

I will,both games were on away from home...
And Messi and Suarez are competent for MR and ML...
I just wanted to test it,that's all,but im not a patience fan :P
 
Season 1 Summary

Playing as Man Utd - tactic performed exceptionally well.

Only had a player who has 'Long Flat Throw' about 2 months into the season.

Falcao was injured for 6 weeks so could have scored even more.

Mata was amazing at right CM (AP-A), having a player in the AP positions who can finish will get you plenty of goals.

Very interested to see how it performs in a 'real' season with UCL

Note: I am using default main tactic from OP with 'Get Stuck In' removed from instructions. No OI.

Tactic not working at all for Sunderland. Lost all of my first 6 matches 2 goals+...
