Back to back promotions with Latina using Conte and Diamond tactics.
scored goals for fun and even managed an incredible cup run losing out to Napoli but we did beat them in 1 of the legs.

Great tactics and now to strengthen with a measly £2m budget

i wanna try this set, but which one do you train your players to get familiarity?

I use the Conte tactic as the Primary one.
Even though the Conte tactic is the one the players get trained in both tactics gain Familiarity fairly quick

Yeah I use the ones from post #770 (i think) and to be honest i'm not the best person when making tactical changes.
I usually just leave it alone and hope the team creates chances or lower the tempo if we are giving the ball away easily

Been struggling with consistency in Serie A with Latina and the Delicious Diamond as the away tactic is starting to struggle.
I am tempted to go to the Croatian 3-6-1 (without false 9).

Is there a tactic that would work well with this for away games or seeing out a match?

use my 3 5 2 conte just change mentality to balanced in harder awayn games

Hi. I played whole season with suthgoat tactic. It doesnt work for me when opponent team is equal to mine or better. What can i change? I have decent squad and i think i should win against napoli like teams.

Playing with Fcsb from Romania (former Steaua Bucharest) with the aim of winning the champions league. 10 years in this save, reached the final once, the semi finals 3 times with a mix of 4222's and the modern target man. Switched for the 2034 year to Attacante because I lost all my best wingers and my God, what a season!! We smashed everything (the league was easy before so I knew I will win it comfortably). But this season we did it! We won the CL!!! Thanks @vujevic for this tactics, they rock!

SANTOS - SEASON 1 - QUADRUPLE WON (LOST 1 MATCH ALL SEASON) with a 4-3-3 Tactic.

SAO PAULO STATE CHAMPIONSHIP - Won 17 from 17 games and then won the Final 8-3 on aggregate over 2 legs

BRAZILIAN NATIONAL FIRST DIVISION - Won 35 from 38 games, losing just 1. Scored 136 goals, conceded 23 and accumulated 107 points. Season preview had me to finish 10th.

BRAZILIAN CUP - Won it, won the FInal 8-2 on aggregate over 2 legs

COPA SUDAMERICANA - Won it, beat Newells of Argentina 3-1 in the Final

All Screenshots relating to the above are posted below, along with2 of my strikers who scored 165 goals between them in 144 games over the course of the season.

TACTIC: I wanted to create a 4-3-3 that dominated. I use the attacking version for all matches and the defensive version to see out the games in the last 10 mins. You can download both versions using the attachments to this post.

I also include a screenshot of the OI's below.

no ois (unless im blind) lol

nevermind i was blind lol

End of Season 4 with Latina and we have our first major trophy winning the Coppa Italia beating Milan 2-0.
We also somehow managed to get an incredible 2nd place finish (Juve ran away with it)

Only 5m to improve what is a very inconsistent squad and worryingly my top scorer was my Centre Back

how does this compare to the 4222?

Hi mate, difficult to say, as I would really need to test with the same team over a similar period of time but i've found both are good and fun to play with, score lots of goals, which makes it fun to watch on the match engine.

Like @vujevic , i hate playing just 1 striker, so all of my tactics are 2 or 3 strikers.

How did you get on with the 4-2-2-2?
