if you can, get your scouts out to italy, picked up a few good free transfers

ive found ive had to play a little more defensive minded too cause i was just conceeding too much. still sticking with original players when i can so it depends if you want to do that or get new players in who may be better. i could have got a much better team but just bought in 4 players as backups
 
goodness ive fell behind! played the 2 lads who have ventured into the unknown (League 2 :P). Im 1st in Blue Square North, on a 18 match win streak.

10 matches without conceding comes to an end against Telford :( But winning streak extended to 19 now!

22 match win streak ended by Boston United 2 goals in 2 shots to level the game 2-2, gutted!

Valderrama ****** me off. He can't play fullback or winger and I don't play wide midfielders or wingbacks. I don't have any left backs :(

My only left back (Karen M -whatever-, I was retraining him, was nearly accomplished there) ****** off to Crewe.
 
8 games into the League 2 campaign....anyone wanna have a guess who is my top scorer with 6?

And i beat a Championship side in the first round of the League Cup!!! 2-0 at home to Hull!!! But knocked out of the 2nd round by Championship Reading

And by the way, while renovtion to expand the County Ground is happening, I'm playing all my home games at the 6000 all-seater Regional Athletics Stadium in Manchester....getting crowds of about 2500 for each game!! But then in January i gotta move back to the 1227 capacity County Ground :(

I play Mooney there. And i retrained Valderrama as a Left Back for cover. I play that Armenian bloke right back.
