Yeah Rainbow six is good, it has managed to retain all what was good about the vegas games its tense its tactical. Traded in Fallout but will pick it back up next year when its halved in price. Got wasteland and uncharted collection to get through on single player so not too bothered

Will probably be a fallout edition with DLC by then too mate.

i opened up TEW last night, confused by pretty much the first screen hahaha.

Think it will make more sense when I put on real world mods

I am sure you can change it in settings to full screen, pretty much pick an avatar then a company and if you want to be booker or owner. But yeah just ping me on steam I'll coach you through it it is confusing at first its not really user friendly. Especially the UI but you can get new skins I have.

I'll hopefully give it a crack in the xmas holidays. I spend all day on spreadsheets and computer programs so until I learn TEW I don't fancy stressing over it after work haha.

Also, if you have EA origin then Jade Empire is free (well was yesterday) that is an amazing game. Played through it on original xbox back in the day!

Like the KOTR game but not Star Wars

KOTR one of my favourite games ever! Wish they would remake it!

Same here! KOTOR 2 was really good but not AS good i felt.

Have you tried Jade Empire?

Yeah thats because Bioware left KOTOR 2 midway through development so another company finished it. I think it was decent but yeah not as good as the first game. Tried Jade Empire long time ago it was ok didn't grip me like KOTOR though

I'm downloading JE anyway for free, probably wont play that much of it (it is very old now so won't be anywhere near as good as I remember I doubt!). So much reading though..... that puts me off a lot of games these days haha.

Ah I didn't realise that about Bioware leaving, explains a bit! I did like KOTOR2, just didn't feel as strong over all as 1.

Need to re-download my Red Alert 2 some time.....oh how I love Red Alert 2

Yeah you cannot grumble at free game, had a few off origin (theme hospital among others). Might get both KOTOR games off steam they're only a couple of pounds on G2A

Sorry I didn't reply to your message on Friday epic, was trying to do a draft game and was my pick then I forgot to reply after!

no not tried TEW again yet, will have to get the mods sorted.

Stick of truth had a fun start, so many little things to notice for fans of the show and I've only played an hour!

I forgot I had Chivalry in my steam library so downloaded that last night. I see it is controller supported so keen to give that a go some time

Become a bit of a major fan of Starcraft 2. Was about to buy Legacy of the Void. Then I saw FM 16 going for £20 in Game. Urgh very tough choice

I've got Starcraft 2 on disc somewhere, was good but I never properly got in to it. More of a Red Alert 2 man!

I love RTS games (especially C+C and World in Conflict), and first time I tried SC2 I couldn't get into it. Lately though started watching more vids about it, tried the first few missions you can try free from WoL for the 2nd time-now can't stop playing it. Had a session yesterday that lasted nearly 12 hours. The campaigns are thoroughly enjoyable and Legacy of the Void looks and sounds very funky indeed

I've got great memories of C&C but my favorite will always be Red Alert (specially with Yuri adding some great content)

I don't think I ever really got my head around Starcraft. 12 hour sesh is a **** long one haha.

There is a game on steam that is supposed to be very C&C like but I can't think of its name right now!

I used to love RTS, but in last 15 years the genre has seen zero innovation. Eventually it became pointless to buy any new games, that are exatcly the same as the games I used to play.

TBH I've not really played them in years either.

I actually think the game that is like C&C may have been suggested to me on this thread!

Think it was this!
