Yeah, single player games are way to go. Though EU4 multiplayer is fun.

MP is fun but when you get a salty host it takes all the fun out of it thats why I given up. You getting Stellaris looks great tbf.

I liked fallout 3 to a point new vegas is awesome IMO, I would say depends on what you are paying if you are usimg key websites like G2A etc and its like a few quid each with all DLC then yeah do it totally worth it.
its from steam and its 30 pounds for both with all the dlc

**** that G2A pay with Paypal to protect yourself will be a few quid for each **** steam, I am wrecked right mow but I am sure others will agree. I have ise G2A for abour 100+ games it is safe
Honestly, I blame all the stress-free education kids get nowadays. First time a kid hears he's bad at something, is when he starts playing online and people tell him he sucks. Of course he's going to go full-denial and lose his ****.
Back on our day (yohohoho), you would have more abuse hurled at you during one football game than these poor ***** have heard their entire life.

Well I'm taking a break after being destroyed for the 4th time in a row (look out Bronze League here I come), to mention another game that's worth trying (it's in open Beta) called Duelyst. Imagine a combo of Hearthstone and chess-but with a lot less RNG and a lot more skill.

Well I'm now in Bronze league. Decided 2 minutes ago after coming against a cheese tactic by Zerg opponent.
Still to win a multiplayer game but I don't mind. Having a blast and I'm learning all the time and coming against some awesome tactics.

Do you feel like you are improving mate?
Well, been practising 10-15 hours a day and mechanics are more fluid. Microing is more fluid. APM is up by 10%. So there has been some improvement. I've been told to expect 20-30 losses before getting first win though lol

You on the beta? I missed out on it, been tempted on it but unsure because it looks like its going to be loaded with DLC. Was supposed to be a map the size of Brooklyn but now you have two parts and then the rest comes in DLC. depending on the pay structure I think this may cause me to not buy.

Nah mate not got the beta, just watched some youtube footage. Kind of like the number when you hit people (mmo style?) and apparently there is a loot system which I didn't realise.
Doubt I'd buy it but looks more interesting than I first thought.

In other news Stellaris is confirmed to be in BETA **** YESS!!!!!!!!! I wasonly saying yesterday that I thought it was and Paradox was just staying tight lipped. Game director says they can see the finishing line whatever that means hopefully it means soon. Been mega excited to play this and I am hoping it will be my game of the year! Space 4X paradox style that's fully moddable! Whats not to love!!
Yeah the forums have gone batshit crazy over it. Previous expansions will no longer be for sale which I think is a bit of a mistake. It means the people who couldn't afford it, or new players, will be missing out on some fun imo. But the format needed a reshape. I've actually stopped playing ladder as it's just completely and utterly stale. New season=same old decks.
18 deck slots is plenty, and I'll be interested to see what happens with the "wild" and "standard" ladders. Seems they may be going down the Magic route, and soon be doing something akin to legacy cards. This is a thing where I can see pro's and cons and see both sides of the arguments though. Hopefully, it's RIP Secret Paladin decks and hopefully it'll make Rogue decks more viable as I love playing Rogue-but it's a class that is simply not viable anymore. Also as a major Priest player I'm losing a lot of damage with the outlawing of some cards from standard ladder. Or was it wild lol. But there is a new expansion incoming so will be watching and waiting with keen interest.
I'm praying that the meta will be shaken up. Because if not I can see myself playing even less than I am now. Saying that Starcraft is 90% to blame for that aswell lol
