First Deus Ex was great, the new ones are solid but uninspired. It's hard type of game to make though, everything needs to be highly polished and well thought out, or the stealth gameplay just falls apart.

Liberty island level on DE1 is one of the best thought out maps in a game imo. SO many ways to tackle it and so many secret bits to find

So I did my Season 2 placement games in Overwatch, had the best performances ever as support since I started playing (peaking at 18,500 healing in a game)....and still ended up silver with SR 1844. Why? Because the remaining 6 matches people stopped communicating, and were allergic to making a push to cap the point/move the payload. And 4 games were lost when we were on 99% after capturing the point. How the fk is that possible?!!! Never go support in solo Q in ranked. And I swear to god, if one more person picks Hanzo on attack when we need a healer forcing me to switch from tank to healer, a table will be going through my window.

Only one word sums up my experience in those 6 placement rounds. Ebola.

PS4 or XBox mate? I'll play some games when I finally get it if you're on Xbox

Ah no worries!

Which healer do you use most? I was also enjoying Lucio when I did play it ages ago

Right now Lucio-if you try to use Mercy when solo Q ranked it's an absolutely hopeless task due to complete lack of co-ordination (like using Reinhardt in solo aswell) and being torn to pieces because no-one bothers trying to protect you. I only use Mercy if in a group with mic's activated.

But I enjoy using Mercy aswell, but will have to wait until I get into a better cordinated group. But Lucio is fun-nothing better than "booping" Genji and Tracer (and Mei) off a cliff to make play of the game. Plus he has the advantage of being used in a scouting role and being able to skate around Mei's walls.

But they're both my most used hero's. Lucio on 48 hours and Mercy on 33 right now, with Reinhardt being 3rd on 28.

I need to rebuyou this on ps4 now I have my net sorted

Playing solo queue as support in these sort of games is the quickest way to kill yourself.

Indeed. Last night I intended to DPS but, because as usual, everyone thought we could get by without a healer, had to switch to healer. And once again-I get highest damage and kills on a team laden with DPS. And of course, 5 people wearing headsets-I'm the only one making shout outs. And someone actually complained I was making shout outs.

Even the ale I was drinking couldn't dull the pain

anyone tried Pro Evo yet? nearly bought it to tide me over till FIFA but not sure, last years was good but GK was properly borked

pes 2016 was a very good game but theyve fixed the keepers this year mate which means i will be buying it(part exchange using pes 16)

For me it is ashame that they dont make pes and fifa as good as consoles.

I've been playing the Fifa games on PC now for a few years.

We directly compared my mates Xbox one and PS4 version of Fifa 16 with mine on a high end PC (using xbox wireless controllers) and He immediately said the Visuals and frame rate ****** all over his consoles. The reactions between screen animations and controller input were also much faster.

These were the opinions of a console enthusiast by the way.
He got me to build him a Skylake gaming rig on his next pay day.

From my point of view, the frame rate drops on the console versions made me nauseous. Particularly on replays, they appeared to be hitting high 20's or low 30 fps.
We bench marked Fifa 16 on my PC at console resolution 1920x1080 using fraps and the average/minimum never dropped below 200fps.

Edit: We borrowed the copy of Fifa for the PS4 by the way :) He's not that much of a fanboy to buy it twice.

I saw you pop up on steam with that been meaning to ask if it was any good

I'd bought it ages ago in a sale, got a bit bored on FM so decided to have a proper crack at it as I had the week off work.

It's a fighting game (you don't actually control him during a fight) where you train a guy from a *** to champion following a story. It's sort of Sims like in the way you have to manage your time to train, eat, work rest etc.

You train Strength Stamina and Agility and gain perks from winning points from fights and pad training / sparring.

It's pretty fun managing your guy, does get a bit tedious at times because attributes will go down a % each day so you have to train to keep them up.

I went agility so went high in that and stamina so I dodge and counter. You can go tank mode relying on strength etc and earn various perks to suit your style.

Loads of references to films and things like Rocky (classic poster in your garage but titled "STONEY" and plenty of daft jokes in the dialogue.

It was certainly much longer than I expected but in a new play through now I know how things work I could probably complete it much quicker.

There for cheap if you want to give it a go mate

But it is true that PC has more power to run games, just some features and gameplay things might not be in PC also graphics are not the same. But there are always mods,

The engine is identical, so running the game on a PC at higher resolutions and frame rate results in the PC being superior graphically.
Also... What features are missing from Fifa 16/17 on the PC version? I can't find any.

No Mans Sky devs being investigated by trading standards, good I was initially impressed but its a mile wide and an inch deep, glad I only lost 5 quid on it when I traded it back in. anyway new game on Friday for my ps4 fifa or xcom 2, xcom edging it

Isometric, nuclear winter, party based turn-based combat. Do want.

Any PC games anyone can recommend?

I want something I can casually play while watching tv at the same time (as I do with FM and did with Punch Club)
