What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

Could someone help me ive got ricky van wolfswinkel and torres up front what roles should i play them in?
 
I play with AC Milan. 4-3-1-2 formation. What roles would you play Nesta-Thiago Silva?

Since you are at it, do you have a good replacement for nesta with similan characteristics?

In midfield: Ambrosini (box-to-box, LCM) Pirlo (advanced playmaker, att, CM) Gattuso (ball winning, CMR).
Would you arrange them differently, or with different duties? My attacking mid is Paulo Henrique (attacking mid, support).
My strikers are Pato (FCR, advanced forward) and Ibra (FCL, att, complete for).
Any suggestion/correction?

John Carew. i paired him with agbonlahor, but it seems that only agbonlahor gets the goals. in my first season carew had 4 league goals 2 in cup, and 2 in euro cup. terrible.
 
Im Arsenal, Season 2.

Playing a 4-2-3-1 formation with Van Persie up front. Season 1 only scored 8 in 24 (9) as a complete forward. Chamakh only scored 7 in 17 (11) in same role. I've brought in Lukaku and Sanogo for competition. Any recomendations on what roles to play Van Persie, Chamakh, Lukaku, Sanogo? Would it be better to change my formation to suit these players? Any help appreciated.

having al those strikers you should try move your CAM up to a striker position playing with 2 strikers. maybe try a targetman/poacher combo
 
Im Man City, what roles shall I play Lukaku, Tevez, Balotelli and Adebayor?

So you mean play a midfield 4?
Ok then another dilemma.

Fabregas. Definate Starter.
Nasri. Played very well 1st Season, good so far this year.
Arshavin. Excellent 1st Season, mediocre start to this year. {Rotation.}
Ramsey. Would like to play him as much as poss, so much potential.
Diaby. Could be the next to leave.
Wilshere. Star performer last year, continued form into 2nd Season. Definate Starter.
Song. All his hard work he does without any fuss. Became attached to him.
Cristeig. High Hopes. {Back up}
El Shaarawy. Again same as Lorenzo Criseig. {Back up}

Try picking 4 out of that, lol. Plenty of options and every player is performing when called upon. Leaves me big problems when picking my Midfield 5, never mind 4.
