What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

im playing 4-1-2-1-2... palombo - DM (defend), hamsik advanced playmaker(support), de rossi ball winning(support), pastore att( mid attack), aguero(poacher) and tevez deep lying forward(attack).. and this is situation.. hamsik,pastore,aguero&and tevez are playing great... but de rossi, and palombo are BAD.. averate rating (6.20 & 6.50) does anyone know how to get the best out of them?
 
playing 4222 with milan my team is:

GK. SIRIGU

RB. VAN DER WIEL

LB. DIDAC

CB. MIRANDA

CB. THIAGO SILVA

DM. MOUSSA SISSOKO

DM. MATHIUE FLAMINI

AM. JAVIER PASTORE

AM. ANTONIO CASSANO

ST. IBRA/DZEKO

ST. PATO.
 
kind of difficult considering i have 4 strikers, most games will score and play great ( Dzeko&Tevez mainly) but other times ill have them not scoring for 4-5 games playing really pants!

Strikers i have: Tevez,Dzeko,Ibrahimovic,Aguero
need some help?
 
can someone help me and tell which role suits Ruben Rochina (bought him for free from Barcelona for my just promoted Crewe to Championship). he didnt score in 6 games. i play him as adv. forward and playing 451 formation (or 433 as you like). is poacher good role for him?

very simple a play a boring old 4-4-2 with birmingham, just wondered which is the best striker role for Fred and Kadlec have them as advanched forwards but thats pretty strandard,

just wondered if anyone has bought them where have they had most sucess
 
Since Green is out, Robinson being withdrawn from friendly as well as Hart, i have a question

Which goalkeeper to use?
Carson, Kirkland or James?

And what role?
 
I'm using a 4-3-1-2 with Hulk and Vagner Love as my strikers, which role suits them best?
