What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

Wickham - Complete Forward Support/Attack or Advanced Forward
Destro - Complete Forward Support/Attack
Defour - Deep-lying Playmaker Support
M'Vila - Ball-winning midfielder Support (or any really, he's a great all-rounder)
 
Hi guys,
I play a 4-5-1 formation with 2 CM's one being the ball winning midfielder and the other being the advanced playmaker.
Using fabregas as the advanced playmaker.
Never seem to get above 7.1 for him.
Toggled his creative freedom to max, lowered his tackling, maxed attempt through pass, rarely run with ball. Widen width to allow more space in the middle. None of the above works.
Here's how he's been performing this season. Absolute rubbish.

elhp im playing the same is fabregas is rubbish, i also play vidal as ball winning midfielder he doesn't seem to be playing good either
 
Aguero (+Rooney) ? I bought Aguero for like so expensive and he just don't often score goals for Manutd! HE NEEDS TO BE A GOAL MACHINE!
 
@tomp89, i have vidal as ball winning midfielder as well. Am in 2015 now and song gets much better ratings despite inferior stats.
@timothylo1, aguero isn't the most consistent of players, be patient, tell him you have faith during ht team talks. Once he gets going, he's brilliant.

Advice for fabregas anyone??
 
why does Arteta natural position is only MC and accomplished as a DMC in 11.3? Isn't he an AMC and AMR/AML in real life?
