What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

sorry if this request is a repeat.

Playing a 4-1-2-1-2 (modification to park the plane) with Chelsea. Torres is scoring at a ratio of atleast 1 a game, but Drogba has only scored 6 in 18 games. I have Torres as a complete forward att and Drogba as a target man attack, moving into channels??

and suggestions to get more out of Drogba would be greatly appreciated!
 
I'm Sevilla I'n first season.
How do I play Navas, perotti in a 442? Just wingers?
And what about rakitic as cm and also the roles for my strike partnership of kanoute and fabiano.

What should I play Luis Suarez and Andy carroll in a 442 with both of them as strikers

sissoko and m'vila both have good passing stats and good positioning. i am trying to maximise them as they are both very complete midfielders.i just don't want them bombing foward much as i want them protecting my back four.but i also want to take advantage of their good passing and creative abilty. just started my third season with spurs

CB:p jones - Central Defender - Defend
CB:hummels - Central Defender - Defend
LB:coentrao - Wing Back - Attack
MC:m'vila - better as DM but the way you want to play him then Deep-Lying Playmaker - Support
MC:m sissoko - same as M'Vila
AMC:modric/hazard - Modric - Advanced Playmaker - Support, Hazard - Advanced Playmaker - Attack
AMR:lennon - Winger - Attack
AML:bale - Winger - Attack
ST:babacar - Complete Forward - Attack (he can play many roles, if this doesn't work try target man then poacher)

Anyone enlighten me on the best formation/players roles for my current players? I have no money for improvment, recently bought Ismail (excellent in the latter of last season; 7 games - 4 goals - 3 assists) but he was playing AML instead of ML last season as I have been promoted to the Premiership so I moved him back for a bit more cover. Ashley cole is a bit **** if I'm honest but I'm not sure if that was just because he was playing at a lower level than usual, he has stepped it up in the first few games of the new season. Lost my first 3 games, 1 - 2, 1 - 2, 2 - 4.. Was leading in all three of them (2 - 0 against Everton) but lost the lead soon after in all of them. Looking for a defensive formation but with a quick attack. Algorta is fast and was 3rd top scorer in the Championship last season but I beleive he can step up his game. I've been choosing Michel over Julio Baptista purely because he is younger but will experience in the central midfield role be better than Stamina now we're playing at a higher level? Anyway, hope someone can help, I set my goal at staying up, as apposed to fight to stay up, I have been at Wigan for 3 years now and I want to push for a top 10 finish.
 
Has anybody every tried Lucas Leiva in AMC? Want to know if he is good :)

DJ Campbell can score goals anywhere for me.
LW - Inside forward, attack
CF - Advanced forward
AMC (retrained) - Inside forward, attack.

I'm struggling to get the best out of Charlie Adam. I play him as LCM in a 4-2-3-1. By all rights Deep Lying Playmaker, support should work, and I've set his passing to direct and set him to run from deep sometimes. Still he rarely gets more than a 7 unless he gets assists through set-pieces. He also hasn't scored in open play in two years! I need him to play the role he does in real life, holding in the middle and spraying passes around, breaking forward occasionally. But CM's don't seem capable of good ratings in FM unless they're bombing forward and bagging hat-tricks.

Can anyone help? Apologies if it's been asked already but I'm not trawling through 40 pages!
 
Struggling to find the best role for the Brazillian striker Fred, he's playing as a lone striker. Same problem with Donavon but i'm playing him at AMC
