What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

Please help me! :)
I have 4-3-1-2 strikers are Guido Marilungo and Yaya Sanogo/Garra Dembele
I use Sanogo and the sub Dembele as poachers but I'm not sure about the role of Marilungo
 
what roles to give to nolan roux, eugene konoplyanka, andriy yarmolenko and leandro damiao please someone
 
Can i have positions and roles for:
Nuri Sahin
Neymar
Theo Walcott
Thorgan Hazard
Yann M'vila
Robin Van Persie
Vaclav Kadlec

Bud you can't just assemble the best roles to them and hope that will form a tactic. You need to form a overall outlay of how your team is going to play and try and fit your players into that.

Hart - Goalkeeper - defend
Alves - Wing back - attack
Lahm - Wing back - attack
Chiellini - Central defender - defend
Kompany - Central defender - defend
Yaya Toure - Deeplying playmaker or Central midfielder - considering his your most defensive midfielder I would go deeplying - defend
Sneijder - Advanced playmaker - support
Silva - Advanced playmaker or winger - support
Robben - Inside forward - support
Tevez - Complete forward - support
Aguero - Poacher or Advanced forward
 
Where should I play Sanchez everyone keeps saying that he is an amazing player and that he is an amazing Inside forward but where do I play him AML or AMC or does he play better in a different role.

kompany/sakho are better as CB(stopper)
yaya touré as defensive mid (support)
tevez as a deep lying forward (attack)
auegro as poacher (he plays best as a treq but alongside a deep lying he would be best playing as a poacher)

Playing a 3 striker system with normally Cristiano Ronaldo on the right, Babacar in the middle and Neymar on the left. Sometimes Tiago Alves. What should I set their roles as? Thanks in advance :)
 
Ronaldo as a poacher and prob Neymar as well but Im not sure about babacar and Alves.
Also ASHVAL1 there is a reply to that post on the page before this

anyways...In my current game i am due to sign Adam Rooney for free at the end of the season and Danny Graham im planning on buying due to his contract expiring soon, but what im wondering is what role should i give them, and what role would suit them best and maybe any other little tactics to help them out, because with me if they arent a target man poacher, have high passing and creativity to be a DLP or Treq then i have no clue
