What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

Jordan Rhodes

What role and duty should I play him? I'll be playing him alongside Darius Henderson or Shaun Batt for Millwall. Just started so I'm still in late 2010, thanks!
 
Sandro - defensive midfielder - support
kevin gamerio - poacher - attack
eden hazard - inside forward - attack (cut inside)
c.benitez - advanced forward - attack

Should I teach Messi to play short simple and to move into channels? will these PPM restrict him?
 
christian eriksen i have loaned hin in at west ham in my second season as well as tom cleverley from man utd where and hat should i do with these 2 guys atm i have them both playing the wings as wingers support ???

Personally I found Hazard was better with a support role. His lack of finishing ment he wasted a lot of chances.

Macheda I played as Avanced Foward - Attack or complete forward

i've just bought guiseppe rossi for my spurs save and he's alone up front. i've been trying to play him as a deep lying forward and he plays well, but he doesn't get any goals and the game usually ends up with a 0-0 draw. how should i play him?
 
adv forward is how i used to play him as a lone striker and he played well
 
hi this question is probs asked be4 but uh how v.kadlec fit into 4-3-3 formation or is he suited for other formations. iv got lukaku and baloteli and been looking at kadlec as a adv forward

ps kadlec worked well in my handheld fm as a adv forward in 4-3-3
