What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

i would like to play nasri and sneijder in centre midfield and rooney and hernandez upfront but dont know what duties to use

I Like to play Lucas Gaucho up front with Chicharito, i play both on Poacher and they do pretty well, altough i think having him with someone else that isn't a poacher would benefit his game A LOT.
try playing him alone as poacher and see how it goes.
for Lucas, i play'd him on Attacking midfielder and Advanced Playmaker and he plays well on both, try him on AMC as Advanced playmaker or Attacking midfielder.

-arshavin undoubtedly got to be aml - inside forward - attack, got me easy 12 assists and 12 goals in my save in one season,, walcott same amr inside fwd attack. But i find walcott is just as good up front as a advanced forward attack

- any other ideas to assigned positions/roles/tactics?

First, I assume for the ? part, you have bought them. My question : How in the world you have so many strikers?
If you want to use Ganso/Fabregas, then who's gonna defend in midfield? I suggest not.
I guess the second idea is a little bit better. Just use Song to partner Fabregas to stay back while your 7 players (5 + 2 fullbacks) bombard the opposition defence.

Ok im not gonna lie I just glanced over so Im not exactly sure what your looking for but here is what I would do.Either play with 2 midfielders 2 wingers and an AMC or 2 midfielders 2 wingers and a DMC either way you will practically be doing the same thing.
You have practically screwed yourself because you have too many players but go with this have whatever you want on the wings but the 3 other midfielders whould be like this.If you want an AMC play him as an Adv playmaker and have the 2 midfielders play as a Deep lying playmaker and a Ball winning midfielder.You AMC should be Wilshere,Ganso or Pastore.Your DLP should be Fabregas or Ramsey and your ball winning midfielder should be De Rossi or song.Rodwell makes a good DLP and Sissoko is a Box to Box midfielder.
Righ the other way to play is with the DMC.Again have the wings whatever way you want but one of the midfielders should be a Deep lying playmaker and the other should be an adv playmaker.Your DMC should be an anchor man.Now again the same players play the roles I told you except De Rossi or Song whould now be your anchor man.

TIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Dont buy Sanchez.You have Walcott and RVP and wilshere can cover as an Inside forward.
SELL!! PLZ!!!! SELL!!! You have way too many players idealy you should have 2 players for each position except for when you are playing a lone striker because then you should have 3 and you should have 3 GK's.Anyway.You should only have 2 for each position plus maybe one player who can play AML/C/R just in case(Wilshere kind of fits that role.
