What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

need help wid my team - i play a 4-1-3-2 with tottenham and waa role should these players play ? critian benitez mainly on bench tbh , defoe , vagner love , van der vaart , modric , bale , huddlestone , mexes , ekotto , gallas and corluka ???? i know bit many players haha would like too know ?

Benitez-Advanced Forward or Poacher9either or he will bang um in)
Defoe-Poacher
Love-Not sure but I think Poacher
VDV-Adv playmaker support
Modric-Adv playmaker attack
Bale-IMO defensive Winger
Huddlestone-Deep lying Playmaker
Mexes,Gallas,BAE,Corluka-I generally just use centrel defender defend for my CB's.Gallas is more of a stopper I think.I also generally use Full back defend for my full backs.Hint Ive found that Bassong plays better than BAE at LB.

Vertonghen (I would play him as a ball playing defender)
Huddlestone/sahin (Deep lying playmaker)
Henrique/Pastore(Adv Playmaker

I dont know the rest but obviously Adler should be a Goalkeeper as for jara and srna id just full back defend and just have sakho as centrel dender defend.I had Kerzhakov once and I think I used him as a target man.

So for fun and with all the rumors I am throwing Cesc on Barca in a game I can play along with my challenges. Looking to line up the standard 4-3-3 but I am a bit at a loss on roles.

DCM: Busquets (Anchor man?)
MC: Xavi (thinking Deep-Lying playmaker?)
MC: Fabregas (Attacking Mid?)
AML: Iniesta (Adv Playmaker maybe?)
AMR: Messi (Inside Forward?... I am not sure because I usually have him as a Treq at striker)
ST: Villa poacher.

Trying to find a way that they can all play well together... and if it is wasting Iniesta a bit having him at AML, or will he excel there.

Both Villa and Messi are hreat trequistas tho villa is a bad poacher,
why dont you play a 4-1-3-1-1.It would be a very narrow diamond but ill show you

MC Iniesta is an advanced playmaker
AMC-Messi as a trequista
FC-Villa is capable of playing man striker roles.

Maybe an inside forward.I curretly have him in my PSG save in my under 19's until next season anyway but I had him in an older Chelsea save and he played second fiddle to my then(chelsea) and current(PSG) AML Elia as an inside forward and he played really well.

Well I know you dont want to but Falcao is a target man.Villa should be played up top along side falcao as a poacher abd Hulk should be played as an inside forward
