Should I retrain this "attacking fullback" to striker/poacher or just for fullback? His weak foot is very weak.

Iaans calculator for all positions gave him highest rating as a poacher, then AML, sideback was 3rd or 4th highest index.

I don't use any attacking wingers and only one lone striker. Decisions decisions...

Hi peeps,

have been playing John Fleck in many roles: inside forward (AML/AMR), Trequartistia, Attacking Mid, Advanced Playmaker (AMC)... but it all doesn't seem to bring out the best in him. He's been giving average performances and can't seem to get goals, even assists. Hence, i would like some help from those who've managed him before. Thanks

Now i play him in a 4-4-2 formation and usually on the right midfield role as a winger.He scored about 9 goals in 40 games first season with an average rating of 7.05 which isn't terrible and maybe he is young and taking a while to get used to the premier league, his stats are now amazing but is there maybe a better position to play him in.I retrained him to both wings so he is versatile but maybe he is suited more to CM.

Sorry don't have screenshots but maybe any info would be great as i wanna build my team around him.

Just managed to land Dzeko and Busquetes on a free so Im just wondering if you guy's could help me how to play Busquetes mainly cause I want him first team week in week out !!!
