What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

also, would it be a good idea to set him as a target man with a "to feet" or "run onto ball" in the team instructions?

Rooney- complete forward- support
Berbatov- adv forward- attack but with through balls set to often.

That partnership was very successful for me.

I want him to be the one who will score most of the goals for the team or atleast use him in the most adequate way :D . Would it be reasonalbe to set him as Target Man Attack as the 3 Attacking Midfielders all Cut Inside?

Palacio: in real life he plays as the "media punta" (support striker), so deep-lying forward support. But I've never had him in the game though. An incredibly overrated player BTW.

Was thinking of playing a 4-3-1-2 (unless anyone recommends otherwise with these players), and was wondering what roles would work best in tandem with one another and which each player should play.
