What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

Neymar - Inside foward - attack
Mario Gomez - Target man - attack
Javier Hernandez - Poacher
Milos Krasic - Winger - support
 
I have no idea how to play one the best english regens i have bought.

He can play ML or CM as natural positions but need him as a cm.

Toni kroos? some people have advised me to go attacking midfielder, but he has good composure, finishing and long shots. all of them are 19-20
 
I play a 4-3-3 with inside forwards (Koflok's) and I have a general idea of what roles my players should have, just curious of how good my idea is :)
Therefore I would like to know the roles for these players, I'm only in my second season:

Kouyate, Bakary Sare, Javi Ros (anchor man - defend)
Gillet, Dennis Praet, Torric (central mid - attack)
Polak, Biglia, Marecek (adv playmaker - support)
Boussoufa, Yakovenko, El Ghanassy, Matias Suarez, Brian Sarmiento, Kiko (inside forward - support)
Romelu Lukaku, Bruno Baras, Jordan Ayew, Mattia Destro (advanced forward - attack)

I also have Nacer Chadli, but I can't recall if he plays as a CM (central mid - attack or adv playmaker - support) or as inside forward :|

Big list, I included the role they play now, I believe the anchor man are somewhat accurate, especially Kouyate, he's a beast, the other will be trained as anchor man.
If you reply you can exclude the ones that are correct, to make it a bit easier ;)

Another question I have is, how will this affect the tactic? The roles I have provided are the ones that are used in the tactic I'm using, let's say I have a CM that plays best as box to box or deep-lying playmaker, etc. How will the tactic be affected, if all? i.e. is it better to stick to the given tactic roles or play the role where they get the best "rating" off?
A striker might have a higher rating as poacher compared to adv forward for example, play him as a poacher?

play him in the amc position as a trequartista or attacking midfielder - attack

He doesnt really have the best of physical stats.

I have him at chelsea and he is awesome at attacking midfielder. I also sometimes use him as deep lying playmaker.
 
Just signed this French regen for St Mirren, what role should I train him in and does he need his position retrained?
