What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

Playing with Roma in my 4th season.
I play a 4231 formation with Pjanic and de Rossi as my 1st choice central mids. I play Pjanic as advanced playmaker and did play de Rossi as deep lying playmaker before I signed Pjanic, can I still play the two cms as playmakers or is there another role to play de Rossi? Don't want to drop either one, but also have Fellaini and Cabaye who I rotate with.

I am playing Man city in a 4-3-3

I cant choose which of my players to use as the 3 forwards.
My choice is between Balotelli, tevez, adebayor, silva, adebayor and my new bought Van Persie.
How should i place them, and with what role and duty ?

Tevez is a good poacher, good deep lying forward, Balotelli is awesome as a Poacher, Adebayor is also good at being a Poacher, while Silva is class as a Winger Attack or even Adv Playmaker attack, but I'd rather go with winger attack If I was you...
 
I was thinking to play like this:
Silva - Tevez - Van persie

Nigel de jong - Sneijder - Yaya toure

But i'm actually most doubting what role that i should give Tevez and Van persie, i feel like deep lying forward is a waste as he is the only "real forward" considering Silva and Van persie as wingers/inside forward

I'd go for Poacher in that instance

im like into my 5th season with united and i changed my formation around to have a striker up front with AML, AMC, AMR behind him but Rooney wont score he keeps shooting them over with too much power etc what role would be best? complete forward hes just inconsistent and poacher he never does anything really.
 
Similar problem with gazzah88............but I am playing Berba up on his own with Rooney playing AMCL but not playing well. Any suggestions as to what role, Inside Forward??? Advanced Playmaker?? I am considering re-training him as MC to replace Scholes....what do you guys think!?!

try with deeplaying forward attack also play around with his creativity freedom

maybe u should try him as a deeplaying forward support or attack depends on who u play him with

ball winning midfielder support if you play him as a mid
and winger support if you play him on the flank
 
please help me with Alberto Gilardino( Fiorentina ).
in my first season I used this tactic:

he played as a striker.
he wasnt working well for me, I couldnt find him the right roll and he scored only 10 goals in my first season!
can someone suggest me the best roll for him and maybe some Individual orders to make him play better?
