What Tactic Suits My Team?

I'm new here on this forum.
I need some tactics help for my team Olympique Lyon.
So far here is the squad I use:

GK: Lloris
DL: Grosso or Cissokho
DR: Reveillere
DC: Mensah or Boumsong
DC: Cris or Sarr
AML: Bastos or Delgado
AMR: Pjanic or Govou
DMC: Bodmer
MC: Makoun
AMC: Meireles or Kallstrom
ST: Lopez or Gomis

The tactics I currently I use are 4-5-1 control-flavoured.
It's based on the TT&F Guide Rule of One (4-5-1 / Normal)
The results I have are quite good (never lost a single match out of 15-20 games) but in Ligue 1
I can't seem to win with 2 goals difference, so in short I don't make enough goals.

So I am looking for a tactic that controls the field but allows me to do make more goals.
Anyone got advice / tips on which tactic to make / use.

Ok..I have Steaua Bucharest.

I have ONLY good players, but i'm not winning :(

Only draws..and in UCL i'm loosing only at 2-3 goals.

Hi guys

I'm 2nd season with QPR after getting promoted as champions last year. I played an attacking formation last year because I was in the championship and could get away with it but although I'm scoring quite a few, I'm shipping plenty in without playing any difficult opposition.
I've got a very youthy team with Beckham and Appiah playing in the centre and quite a lot of pace on the wings and up front. I'm looking for a tactic that will keep getting me goals but tighten my defence up a bit. Thanks
 
What is thte best tactic to use for a promoted team trying to avoid relegation?
 
what tatic will suit a tottenham team that has not signed anyone and is in the 9.30 version ? help much wanted lost to blackburn and portsmouth in my first two games in the league but i managd to beat barcelona and draw with ac milan, so i am confussed, i made my tatic up, so it may be that, any suggestions ? ? ? :)
 
Apologies for being an absolute tactics remmy but any help would be appreciated.

I'm currently in my 2nd season with Leeds Utd in the Championship having won League One using the Brian Clough Tactics. However, I only just won the league before with what I considered to be by far the best squad and now 8 games into the chmpshp I have won just 1 game. I know the chmpshp shouldn't be easy but I was expecting to do better than this because I have made some good signings in the transfer window.

Key Notes:
-Strikers rarely score (even last season with beckford in league 1)
-Leak very easy goals with little or no resistance
-MC seem to be the only players who regularly perform well i.e. 7+ rating

I was having such little success I tried creating my own tactic to try and solve the problems but still struggling, especially away from home.

hey guys. Just got Notts County to League One, but just by the skin of my teeth. Leaked too many, didn't score. Looking for an alternative to JP's Cloughy Tactic....have pacy wingers and a solid CM pairing, defence is strong but I really don't like to see them go forward too much

Did the 50m Fm Base Challenge, got an away tactic sorted but home is awful. I'll tell you my strongest squad.

FORWARD Ewerthon Makaay Vela

Very good attacking but defence is a bit bad. Quite pacey and can play counter attack?
ANY IDEAS?
