What Tactic Suits My Team?

I've just started managing Nottingham Forest. Brought in Fiore on a free transfer. Anyway,I'd like to know any tactic suitable for my team. This is how my team looks like http://i28.tinypic.com/2v0l3l1.jpg .Any advice will be appreciated. Wouldn't mind you lot also telling me some decent players that I can afford.Thanks in advance

Have a look at the post previous to yours, I think they might suit you.
 
Has anyone ever played with Aston Villa and been very successful? I am looking for a tactic what will suit them, and bring Ashley Young, James Milner and John Carew into their best form :P this is a screen shot of my team, no signings as of yet as only about 3 million to spend and i ain't started the season yet :)

I don't know much about Villa, but what i can say is fabian Delph is looking a very Hot Prospect indeed, if anyone could recommend a good tactic, possible signings and just all round info on villa it would be greatly appreciated :)

I am currently playing Villa ( first season ) with the DMC tactics found in post 421. just a few posts above

I rotate in defence and upfront ( normally Young(AML), MIlner(AMR) and Carew(FC). Delph is played in MCr when attacking against lesser teams. Otherwise I fins him too weak defensively. i am currently restarting the save to use the Diamond instead, see if it works just as well with them.

West Ham 3 seasons in

I've built up a squad of real quality players in my West Ham team. Problem is im strugling to get them playing together this season and i cant seem to bring out the best of some of my players

Up front I have Fleck, Wellington, Henry and Saviola. All fairly pacey and creative strikers. I need a tatic that will complement this. I have no real target man.

I alwas have tthree quality AMC's in Matias Fernandez, Dzagoev and Afellay but stuggling to get the best out of them with two strikers. Also have Skejbred but I tend to play him CM

I dont have much quality left and right midfield. In central midfield I have Skejbred, Beckham, Patrick Vieira.

Should I play Fernandez Dzagoev and Afellay in AML AMC AMR respectively? If so I surely cant play with two strikers can I?
Would appreciate any ideas anyone has, thanks.
 
I've come on here before and been sent JP's Chelsea v1 but it's really not working. I have the entire Chelsea squad but with the addition of Patrick Viera, Thierry Henry, David Villa, Franck Ribery, Nadir Belhadj, Sylvan Distin, Ezquizel Lavezzi, Youness Kaboul and Julio Alvarez. Some squad right? I really need a tactic to suit them. Thanks in advance guys ;)​

With hat squad, you can play almost any formation and I think you need to decide on which players players you need to sell ( !) because no matter what formation I will suggest, you have to leave out some superstar. Do you want to use 2 or 3 string central DMCs, play with only one man upfront or perhaps use a 442 Diamond. If you give me some more info on this I will happily provide you with a tactic that will work.

I really don't mind, I think I should have an attacking formation as I have Drogba, Villa, Anelka, Henry and Lavezzi to choose from. Any tactic will be appreciated, I'm doing ok but I lost to Juventus in Champions League and to Newcastle away. I think you'll agree I should be one of the best sides in the world, I just need a tactic. I don't mind who I leave out, I just need it to work!

Here is a 442 Diamond of 3 versions. The defensive version is more of an SUS-tactic.
FCleft = Drogba type....FCright = Villa type

Have used this with Chelsea with great results ( won the lot) and am playing with Villa atm.
