who has been your most consistant player on football manager 2010?

Eden Hazard. Retrained him as AM L and using him as inside forward and he has been getting better and better. Never had a poor performance from him in 4 seasons, and he is banging in goals. Around 10 MoM each season, and he is already a legend at the club

Consistently disappointing has been Otamendi, but at least offloaded him to Man City for £30 M.
