Good to see much old skool listeners! my list will look like:
-Nas
-Wu-Tang Clan ( Method Man, ODB best for me)
-Tupac
-Old Eminem
-Opgezwolle ( This is a dutch rapgroup, best dutch rappers in my opinion)

No mention of TI? XD He's got some good songs though

I don't really consider Cypress Hill rap, they are 5 times more rappish than Linkin Park though.

I'm not really into grime, I like more upbeat rap. If I want to listen to something with grime flavor I listen to rock. I only like listening to rap if it's got a more positive vibe.

I usually try to avoid depressing music.

All good artists, not sure on the Dutch although I listen to Dutch house music ;)

Eminem's older stuff is absolutely brilliant, he still releases the odd good track however as someone has said, he's sort of moved into the 'pop' genre as to make more money and get into the charts.

Nas is amazing

I like Old school stuff aswell but I think 2pac is one of the most over-rated rappers of all time and wouldnt be half as popular if still alive.

Im going to focus on newer stuff though
Asher Roth- Really under-rated rapper imo because he sold out for his album but Seared Fois Gras is one of the mixtapes of the year.

B.o.B- Basically the same as Asher. No Genre is great

OFWGKTA- A group of rappers from Cali from 16-24. I doubt many of you have heard of them but they're very good. Produce all there own stuff aswell. My fav rappers from the group are Tyler, The Creator and Earl Sweatshirt.
