I cant disagree with this although we won the league last season Bayern Munich did have a poor showing and could come back strong this year and take their title back easily.

It was a lucky win thanks to a Howedes own goal just after the half hour mark sealing our first German Super Cup at the third attempt. This was one of the last times Dzeko played for us and another poor showing why i got rid of him.

After our recent Champions League exploits we have moved up to being second seeds now and get a couple of easy teams in our group but our top seed opponents is ****** Barcelona who have won it for the past 2 years in a row and knocked us out of the competition at the semi finals 2 years in a row.

4 wins from 5 to start of the new season with our terrible defending against Nurnberg seeing us drop vital early points, Lucas Romero has slotted in nicely for us so far getting a couple of important goals including a late match winner against Hoffenheim.
Benzema has not played yet but he only just joined near the end of August.

PSG and Monaco are crazy when it comes to money. PSG bought Iturbe for 40 mil E after I got him for free and he played 3 games all season because I already had Messi, Lamela and Januzaj.

I know they literally buy everyone and anyone, was just checking out KLIPPYBO's and stonecolds new thread and they sold fringe players Mertesacker and Valencia i think for big bucks to the french teams its crazy what tosh they will buy!

Ha yeah they were not very happy but the past 6 months or so and his goals had really started to dry up and he wanted a big new contract i just didnt want to pay, The board have mentioned it at the end of each month too about letting him go

Our odds of 11-1 are actually pretty impressive considering our first season in the Champions League 3 seasons ago we were 1000-1 to win the Champions League but a couple of back to back Semi Finals have changed that.

5 wins in a row before a stuttering draw against Schalke where we had a very late equalizer from Van Dijk to grab a point.
As you can see with Benzema out i have given 1st Season Youth Intake player Jan Van Dijk a chance in the first team and he has plundered 5 goals in 5 matches.

The mighty Bayern top the table but only by one point but Schalke have had too many draws early on whilst Dortmund have lost 3 times already the same amount of times we lost all of last season.

4 wins out of 5 as we beat Dynamo Kyiv in the Champions League but fall to a Messi inspired Barcelona in our other group game, we also beat the mighty Bayern Munich in a huge early league clash thanks to reverting to my old Arrigo Sachi tactic from my Dundee United save

10 league games in to the new season and were a point clear of surprise package Hoffenheim with Bayern 4 points behind after our big win against them at the end of the month whilst Dortmund and Schalke struggle.

As you can see Draxler has been key for us this season, he doesnt get many goals but he tops the assists chart, highest average rating chart and the most man of the matches chart.

So we start the month with a poor draw against Freiburg in a game that we went 2-0 down in the opening moments before managing to grab a draw thanks to former Freiburg Man Ginter and a late Draxler equalizer.
We then lost to Barca thanks to a Messi brace before winning our next two league games with Sturridge in fine form as Benzema and Dijk are out injured.
We ended the month with a comfortable win over Olympiakos seeing us go up to 9 points and all but confirm second spot in the group as we dont even need to beat Dynamo Kyiv in our next game and could still go through.

Draxler still tops the 3 of the charts whilst the fact our strikers keep getting injured means we dont have anyone in the race for the Golden Boot.​

3 wins and a draw in the league whilst we just about make the Champions League knockout stages after a draw against Dynamo Kyiv but the bad news was the German Cup game.
We have won the German Cup for the past 3 seasons but wont be defending our Cup this year anymore as Bayern knock us out in the 3rd rnd

So i decided to get rid of a few moaning buggers, they were all good players but just were not getting game time and started to complain, it was all the English players whereas the Germans seem content.
Sehularo joined Arsenal on loan as he wanted game time but i think he could be a big player for us in the future whilst Smalling joined HSV for £8.25Million.
I also let Morrison move to AC Milan for £10Million whilst Benzema moved back to France with Monaco for around the same amount of money i bought him for. It said he was happy to move back to his native France im sure it was nothing to do with the £210k a week hes getting paid!

Just the one, an English Wonderkid called Ryan Ledson who i signed on a bosman contract but i decided to bring in earlier for a £1.7Million fee after selling Ravel.

Well we managed a 2-2 draw but it wasnt good enough and we get knocked out by Barcelona for the 3rd year running who will play CSKA Moscow in the Final in a bid to win their 3rd Champions League in a row.
