Who did you try it with? I have only used it when i have been a dominant team in my league and the squad needs to be speedy and well conditioned

1st Leg V Valencia - Away

An impressive 4-2 victory away from home, It was an evenly matched contest but we simply had the better finishers with Morrison in fine form yet again.

2nd Leg V Valencia - Home

We had the better chances and possesion and even went into the lead twice in this game but it wasnt enough to come away with the win as it ended 2-2 but a massive 6-4 on aggregate.

So we draw Spanish Giants Barcelona in the Semi Finals for the second year running whilst the other tie is an all English affair with Man Utd who under David Moyes have won over 16 trophies facing Jose Mourhinho's trophy-less Chelsea.

They were utterly dominant at the Camp Nou but we made the most of our chances scoring both of our goals from our only shots on target to set up a big clash in Germany.

2nd Leg V Barcelona - Home

We scored 4 goals against Barcelona and had a man sent off in Germany but they had a thing called a Messi, Who smashed in 4 goals and knocked us out.

Chelsea went on to beat League Champions Man Utd comfortably to reach the final but they were no match for Barcelona who won the Champions League for the second year in a row

So along with all our Champions League exploits we had a busy month in the league with 5 games. We struggled big time this month with fatigue and niggling little injuries and only won 2 games, drawing 2 more and losing to Freiburg.

1 game left to go for the season and the Title could be ours! We only need a draw to clinch my first German League Title and face 11th place Koln in our final game of the league season.

Gotze and Dzeko are up their still in the race for the Golden Boot whilst De Bruyne and Draxler battle it out for most assists, on a side note Benaglio agreed to leave the club after his contract was mutual terminated which meant Kevin De Bruyne was given the clubs Captaincy.

We manage to sneak past Frankfurt after extra time and set up our 3rd German Cup Final in a row where we will face tough opposition in Schalke.

We utterly dominated the game but let in a couple of silly goals which gave us a very nervy second half after we had retaken the lead but we managed to hang on.

We win the league 3 points clear of second placed Schalke whilst Bayern Munich could only manage 4th despite spending over £100Million this season!
It shows how good Bayern where last season that we actually got 4 points less this season and won the league than we did in coming second last year.

Another game of dominance but we just could put the ball in the back of the net during injury time, I dont like going to penalties so i threw eveything at them in the second half of extra time and we managed to smash in a couple of late goals from Smalling and Dzeko to win our 3rd German Cup in a row.

End Of Season Stats and Awards - May 2017

Summary

Probably the biggest year in the clubs history as Wolfsburg win their first ever Double as we win the German League and The German Cup but it was more about how poor Bayern were rather than us finally topping our big rivals.
Player wise for next season Naldo is finally retiring but the big news will be Sebastion Rode complaining a lot about Monaco and PSG having bids turned down for him, I feel like we have a good starting 11 but i need to add a little quality depth, the main plus for us is most of our side is pretty young.

18 goals and an incredible record breaking 34 assists for the Belgian who also became our Captain this season with Benaglio and Naldo leaving the club.

I nice £60Million to spend on new players but i wasnt actually planning on spending too much money until a certain French team came sniffing around.

Players Out

So i had already mentioned about Sebastian Rode wanting to leave us but its funny because he was desperate to join Monaco but then went to PSG in the end, they came making offers and i kept adding little bits on and we negotiated and negotiated some more and managed to come to terms overall with a massive £63Million deal!
The other players out included Naldo retiring so we dont have to pay his almost 100k a week in wages anymore and Dzeko leaving for a nominal fee as he sees his chances limited in the new season.

Well im going to do this in two parts, the first part the 3 players i signed originally and then the second part the players i bought after PSG threw their money at me.

The young Englishman is a supposed wonderkid and has 5 caps for England already so i snapped him up on a free transfer.

At the time that i signed him we had just sold Batshuayi and i wash hoping he would have a buy now option but unfortunately he didnt and now he looks a bit average.

Amandio Azvedo - AMC - £2.7Million

He was signed by my head of youth and was immediately loaned back out, I dont really like signing too many foreign youngsters as with the money we have at hand we can afford to buy more established youngsters now.

So they were my 3 original signings until Rode left, I didnt want to go backwards after losing him so i signed 3 key players for the new season.

Lucas Romero - CM - £24Million

The youngster was transfer listed by Chelsea who seem to have half their team up for sale and will be my straight swap for Sebastian Rode at less than half the price and is already valued higher than what i bought him for.

Doria - DC - £22Million

He was another transfer listed youngster this time by PSG so we gave them a third of their money back to sign him for a reasonable fee, He was always third choice for them behind Zouma and Laporte.

Karim Benzema - ST - £6Million

A steal at £6Million but yet again he was transfer listed and he will be Dzeko's replacement and hopefully bang in as many goals.

To be honest i leave training to the assistant manager as im more of a plug in and play kind of guy

Will post it up tomorrow not going to be on fm tonight, I did do around £50Million of it over 24 months of installements as i didnt really need the money like that straight away and you always get a better deal, it helped that monaco were after him too and both teams had put bids in for him during the last 3 transfer windows
