In this challenge I have created a league structure for the best 600 teams in the world which is based in Australia, the league structure is as follows:
40 team - World Premier League
2x 40 team - World League 1A & 1B
3x 40 team - World League 2A, 2B & 2C
4x 40 team - World League 3A, 3B, 3C & 3D
5x 40 team - World League 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D & 4E
in all of the leagues each team plays each other once (39 games in total)

I have also created 2 cup compatitions which contain all teams:
a one-legged straight knockout FA Cup and a two-legged knockout League Cup.
There is also reserve compatitions, youth compatitions, competitive prize money and transfer windows.

Instructions:

Download file - Save to documents/sports interactive/football manager 2011/editor data.

Start new game and select Australian league's down to World League 4.

please note that on slower PC's this game may take a few minute's to load due to the amount of teams and leagues.

just download and have a look mate there are 200 teams over the 5 league 4 leagues all clubs with a reputation of 5000-5350

Hmm just be a team who you know.. at least. that will be a start.. around the world league 4

maybe look at their media prediction... so they arent the crapest in the league, and you get over powerd in the frist season..
