There is no list, you guys get to do your own transfers between each other when we officially announce the league starting and the transfer budgets. If you want to buy a player that isn't belonging to a team in either division, you tell us and we use the Transfer Price list in the OP and take that off your budget. If two people want the same player there may be an auction-off of some sort.
