Won League Two and League One with it so was good.

Third season I am struggling but that is more to do with poor players than the tactic. Trying similar tweaks to the Away version to see if that helps me

i did not buy new players. only use my own and my youth

at home games i use - MW_xPer.v3(Home).tac‎
at away i use - MW_xPer.v3(Away).tac‎
after the winter break i use at home - MW_xPer.v3(Home-Tweak).tac‎
after the winter break i play with patch 14.2.2
 
I don't really know what I am doing wrong this season, but I just can't win everything in the game like some say they can.

On some of your player filters, there are stats that are missing from the in-games highlighted attributes, some arent even highlighted.

For example, for the BWM search filter, you have Positioning, but not Aggression. The highlighted attributes in game show different to this. Have you delibrately done this? Or is something you made as a quick guide.

I ask because I use Genie scout and in Genie you can set up stat weights for each position. I am setting up weights for each position according to which stats you look for in your filters. This has made some of my players who I thought were previously great...now..aren't.

Any clue with this? I am trying to bring in players that perfectly fit the system.
 
xPEr, I do not know why but it seems I have much more easier time with the home tactic than the Away... I really stuggle away from home ,sadly.

For exemple, I was playing against the last team away... At the 80 minutes, I was winning 0-3 and in 10 minutes they scored 3 goals... -sighs-

W4NKER which version of the tactic do you use? your version only? or together with the away version?

Player Filters are based on W4NKER FM13 MW tweak filters and jassar FM14 MW filters. If you feel that they arent good just modify them or use different.

So do you use these filters to find your players?

I'm not sure what to believe, the filters, or the highlighted attributes in-game.

it's not a prophecy for me if you know what I mean, it's only a tool, a tip ...
There are other important things except players attributes, sometimes players with lower attributes play better for me
(for example Antonio Candreva in FM14 or Dede in FM13).
However its not a thread "how to find a good players" so I will just say: use player filters and use your brain ;)
