1. Team Training

2. Individual training
Individual training always same as roles they are playing.

3. Tips
- use Opposition Instructions (OI) from Kallemannen and ChristianEriksen tactic: CLICK
- buy good coaches, remember more coaches you have your tactics will be fluid quickly and your players will develop better
- start a season with minimum 9 friendly games to get the tactics fully fluid
- do the motivation talks with your team every 6 matches and ALWAYS praise them
- praise your players individually when they perform well and warn when they are lazy
- buy proper players for the tactic
- rotate your team!
- remove Tackle Harder in Player Instructions from booked player during the match (if there is one)
- give them some more time to adapt to the 442 formation!

4. Touchline Team Talks
Always use touchline team talks during your matches.
Example:

15'-20' - encourage (assertive)
1:0
36'-45' - concentrate (passionate)
1:1
50'-70' - demand more (passionate)
2:1
76'-90' - concentrate (passionate)

I used your 442 Modern Warfare for 10 seasons on FM14 with manutd. SO AMAZING! Normally tactics only do well for 1 season or less. Yours was the gift that just kept on giving!! And what a fantastic time of year to release it!
