The thing I find most annoying is when a crappy keeper has the game of his life and gets a 10. No matter how many shots you get he stops it all.

On the rare occasion my keeper has been on a 10 and the match went to penalties, hes always **** at saving them! Keeps the game interesting though ;)

I think one good point raised here though I that by looking at the player ratings, you have a easy way of seeing where things go wrong. For those that don't watch the full matches or analyse the match stats, you can often spot where the flaw lies and then decide if you want to fully analyse it and react to this before its too late.Like if most players have between 6.7-7.0 BUT your striker has 6.0 an their DC has 7.8..or.. your advanced PLM having 6.0 and their DMC has 7.6.

(In both cases dropping the FC or MC deeper would be a good start)

Or when your keeper is on a 4.7 and their entire team are on 9...you know you its time to walk away and have a cup of tea and a jaffa cake or two...:)

Spurs vs Inter

**** sakes, I had a whole long reply with SS and everything.. its gone! **** that, not typing it all out again!

anyway, check the SS attached, it is quite self explanatory

Perfect real-life example to backup what Raikan and Mike are saying, Arsenal v Liverpool last night. We (Arsenal) dominated, had almost 70% possession? Yet Liverpool where fantastic at sitting-deep, defending, and hitting us on the counter. Therefore their players performed better at what they were doing then us, yet we dominated in terms of possession, chances created, passes, etc.

Liverpool performed just as well, if not better, at what they did. But their game plan was not to dominate. Ours was, and we did alright at it. Therefor, if this was FM, both teams' players would have a very similar match rating, even though Arsenal dominated, and it ended as a draw!!! :)

Also we both have **** defences...:) I find in the game I hardly ever draw, especially 0-0...I either take teams apart or they take me apart, maybe it's just my tactics?!
