I'd say my strength would be finding the right tactics for a team - which mostly are the underdogs. I know how I want my team to play and I know how to get it done tactically.
I'm pretty good in finding good bargains of players and having good eye on wonderkids.. I remember when I first play FM and I found plenty of young players on bargain without using any 3rd party or looking on the web. It was until later I found out that most of my bargains youngsters were wonderkids.
My weakness is my laziness to handle the media and 'unncesesary' stuff.. I sent my assistant a lot in these kinds of stuffs.
Another weakness which relates to my ability to spot good players is money management.. Sometimes I tend to overspend due to many good players and I just want them all.. Ended up with minus on balance book..
