Messi is my idol because I like to play his style of football which I can do but not nearly as good as MESSI! Messi <3

When I was growing up it was Michael Owen and now it's probably Cristiano Ronaldo or Nemanja Vidic.
 
Dennis Bergkamp, Ryan Giggs and Zinedine Zidane.
 
When I first started playing for my team it was Gary Neville, because I loved how he played and his commitment and passion, but then I realised he was a ****..

But I've always liked Steven Gerrard.
