I've just got Southampton promoted to the Premier League, but I was looking to change my Assistant Manager for this new challenge and what-not, so I was just wondering if anyone could recommend someone for me?

Can anyone help me with this? I've made the Faces, Kits and Logo files and my logo's are showing up perfectly but there is something wrong with the faces. It goes C:\Users\Username\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\graphics\faces\sortitoutsi yet they won't show. Thanks.
