That's an interesting point, I for no reason at all assumed that a staff members style was only relevant if they were a assistant or manager.

Their ratings have been ok but the wide defenders have a very low success passing rate, at least in the lower leagues. I see them regularly getting pass completion rates of under 50%.

I tested this too, went very structured. Ironically I saw better results but it didn't stop the long balls at all.

Interesting idea, what about the lower leagues? I've seen a lot more long shot goals but they also have a lot less skill so when they do miss it goes out for a throw in!
