If i were looking to use this tactic away from home on say counter in a 4 - 1 - 2 - 2 - , wingers and 2 cms with a dm, what away tactics would compliment this?

Hello, just having some issues getting constant results, used to work a treat but recently not going well. Any way people would change this at all?

Yeah does seem quite hard to motivate certain players, coming into January now has improved slightly but some really poison it seems with no improvement.

Is there anyway of getting of this going throughout a season and improving morale? Is it best just to get rid and how much of an effect does it have on games if they do play?

I can never get my dl and dr to perform, well, wide players in general really, what settings could really affect the performance of these players. They're fairly attacking but defensive are my priorities for these players

All i seem to do lately is concede corners, set pieces and crosses.. what can i change to maybe change this? Firstly going to try to concede less free kicks as a start

Just purchased and whether the pitch does affect formation use and is there any better formations this year aswell? I know to try and fit the players you have as much as poss.
