So, i'm PSV (enjoyed em on FM12 alot) and now, my favorite player on the team, Dries Mertens is underachieving... I use him as a AML (winger or inside forward, depends on whos on the other side) and so far Luciano Narsighn has 31 games 9 goals 13 assists (and hes a righty on the right side)...

I spent like 4 hours preparing for a season with Besiktas because i really wanted to use Quaresma and after finally making the tactic work (Where he gets the ball way too much) and then he gets injured for 5 to 6 months :/ Good thing i had saved a week earlier lol

SO i've seen some tactics where you people haven't assigned any roles to ttheir player, rather there are yellow arrows on the team screen thing, how do you do it?

What sort of Coaches do i sign? I really have no clue now, i signed a few Technique coaches, and yet some players are mad.....

So i started a new save with Kapfenberger (i can't spell that) SV, and i boosted the stats of my favorite player Dieter Elsneg by a bit (my firs time using editor, just found out it existed after 4 years of FM :D) And i also moved some young brazilians there too (ones that i like in real life)...

I've tried Croation, Polish, Czech, all Skandinavian leagues, Slovenian, Slovakian and more i can't remember, so what do you suggest? (Sorry if wrong section, i don't know this forum)
