Has anyone noticed how often your FB/WGB gets into a good position to cross the ball, but then decides to cut inside doing a terrible impression of Lionel Messi!!! I am looking to get FM 2014 but if this issue is still happening, it will put me off.

Latest tactic - update This is the latest tactic. Works brilliantly, but you must have the players to do it. This tactic doesn't really work unless your team is full of elite players i.e. potential ability at least 165. Overall the whole team needs high ratings in workrate, teamwork...

This tactic is for FM 2013.

I been testing this tactic and it works better. try it out. Haven't done any specific shouts or training yet.

Thanks Will1981. I found out from other forums FM13 match doesn't like 3 at the back with flat midfields!

Does anyone have a good tactic using the 3-4-3 (flat midfield) formation? I have be trying it with AC Milan to no avail. I can't get the balance right, don't know if I should play high line with lots of pressing or or deep and more rigid. Help FM people Please!!!
