I'm trying to figure out the best role for Antoine Griezmann as a striker in a 5-3-2 / 3-5-2 at Atleti, to emulate Simeone's tactics.
Griezmann is a bit unique as he not exactly a false 9 as he gets forward more, and he's not really a DLF as he doesn't really hold up the ball.

Has anyone noticed how often your FB/WGB gets into a good position to cross the ball, but then decides to cut inside doing a terrible impression of Lionel Messi!!!
I am looking to get FM 2014 but if this issue is still happening, it will put me off.
Does anyone have a good tactic using the 3-4-3 (flat midfield) formation?
I have be trying it with AC Milan to no avail.
I can't get the balance right, don't know if I should play high line with lots of pressing or or deep and more rigid.

Try out my Emulation tactic of 1970s Ajax.
Managed to replicate almost everything except position interchange (can only set specific player to change with another, still too rigid)
Test and tell me what you think.
